During office hours, we are fully equipped and ready to help with all of your emergency and critical care needs. If you find that you need emergency assistance after hours, please give us a call. We have a doctor on call after hours who can field your emergency and determine if it is a situation that can be handled at the clinic, or if we recommend you take your pet to a nearby emergency facility.
Urgent Care
Emergencies seen during office hours shall be considered urgent care. You may drop your pet off with us and we will triage and treat your pet. There is a $45 urgent care fee that is included in addition to any services provided to your pet, and we also do require a $100 deposit prior to treatment being administered. After hours emergencies require a $175 deposit. SX deposit is $50.
100% of the deposit goes towards the bill.
